The bottom
line is that you need an attorney with extensive knowledge of
Florida law and the inner workings of the local courthouses.
If you do
face a legal problem that’s criminal in nature, you have
no time to waste. You need to secure representation immediately
so that your rights can be properly protected and asserted.
The longer you wait to seek the help of an attorney the more exposure
you will have to criminal penalties.
You have rights
that need to be asserted, and you need to formulate a defense
strategy that will give you the best chance of minimizing your
exposure to heavy fines and long prison terms. Contact Scott
& Medling, P.A., today for a consultation.
